- Synopsis:
-
The major aim is to explain the principals of microwave transmission lines and resonators, both from the theoretical and application point of view. In details, waveguides (rect., circular, p and H, dielectric) and TEM transmission lines (coax., microstrip and coplanar) are described. Basic types of microwave resonators (line section, cavity, dielectric) are discussed. Analyses and synthesis of microwave circuits based on Smith chart is given.
