Radiometers, experiments, data sets, electrical material properties, noise - Plank's law, emisivity are described. Noise measurement. Microwave receivers for radiometry, multispectral radiometry, active and passive radiometry. Arrangements of radiometers, technology. Basic systems of radiometers for microwaves and IR - technology, design.
