The subject covers basic problems of microwave circuits applied in monolithic chips. Planar lines. S-parameters, noise parameters, impedance matching. Lumped elements. Transistors FET, HEMPT. Schottky and PIN diodes. Amplifiers, oscillators, mixers, phase shifters, switches, attenuators. On chip measurements.
