Basic manufacturing technology of metal and plastic components for electrical engineering. Surface modification and protection. Recycling. Manufacturing of winding. Drying and impregnation. Metalic conductor and cable technology. Assembly and of electrical components, soldering, PCB technology, surface mount technology. Thick and thin film technology. Fabrication of PN junctions and recordable tapes and discs.
- Requirements:

A student has to have an assessment before examination. There is obligatory attendance on training. A student has to have a laboratory note-book and knowledge on training to obtain an assessment.

3. Processing and use of polymer materials
4. Technology of Cu and Al wires
5. Cables for power and telecommunication engineering
6. Technology of windings

8. Fabrication of boards (THT, SMT, MCM)
9. THT and SMT assembly, methods of soldering of assembled boards
10. Technology of thin films
11. Technology of thick films
12. Processes for fabrication of optical fibers and planar waweguides
13. Technology for production of PN junctions
14. Technology for fabrication of magnetic and optical recording media
