Synopsis:

Solar energy. Photovoltaic phenomena. Solar cells and their characteristics. Monocrystalline, polycrystalline and amorphous solar cells. Construction and fabrication of high-efficiency solar cells. Solar batteries. Photovoltaic systems and their applications. Significance, economic and environmental aspects of solar energy exploitation.

8. Construction and fabrication of high-efficient solar cells

10. Basic types of Photovoltaic systems

11. Conversion dc voltage of solar batteries to ac network voltage
