Synopsis:

Task of analysis and synthesis of manufacturing processes. Planning of experiments. Types of models of manufacturing processes. Static and dynamic characteristics of processes and their simulation. Experimental simulation. Optimization. Experiments with one and more technological factors. Simulation based on method of factor experiments. Redundancy in a technological process.

Requirements:

A student has to obtain signature before the examination

1. Basic types of models of technological processes and their solving

2. Planning of experiments. Saturated and nonsaturated plans of experiments

3. Types of models for description of technological processes and operations

4. Static and dynamic characteristics of processes and operations

5. Models of basic operations. Tolerance analysis

6. Creating of a model of technological process - experimental solving

7. Technique and methods of optimization of processes

8. One-factorial experiments

9. Implementation of contrasts. Evaluation of influence of factors

10. More-factorial experiments

11. Creating of a model by the use of factorial experiments

12. Redundance in technological processes

13. Readiness and interval usability, influence of redundancy

14. Reliability of a technological process

5. Technological operations using of chemical reactions analytical solving

6. Creating and analysis of a static model of oven

7. Tolerance analysis of a static model of an oven

8. Test. Distribution of topics of individual works

9. Factor experiments 23 - calculation and verification of quality of a model

10. One-factorial experiments - calculation of math. model. Contrasts

11. Cold redundancy. Calculation of basic parameters of a process

12. Warm redundancy. Calculation of basic parameters of a process
