Synopsis:

The subject is oriented on practice and reflects electrical production demands. The measurement of material and environmental parameters of dielectrics in a wide temperature, pressure and humidity are explained. The subject includes also safe function of electrical products checking. It is also paid an attention to measuring errors and measured data processing.
