Structure of atoms and molecules, interatomic bonds, properties of atoms and molecules, periodic system, real structures of materials, phase equilibrium and phase diagrams, intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductors, optoelectronic materials, dielectric materials and insulators, conductors, materials of contacts and resistors, superconductors, soft and hard magnetic materials, materials of information storage. structural materials

1. Atom structure, electronic configuration, periodic table of elements

2. Chemical bonds, properties of atoms and molecules, elctromagnetic field influenece

3. Gas, liquid and solid states and their properties

4. Real structures of electroegineering materials, important properties

5. Phase equilibrium and thermodynamics, phase diagrams and their application

6. Inorganic and organic semiconductors , properties, application

7. Optoelectronic materials and their important properties

8. Dielectric and insulating materials , character and description

9. Materials of capacitors and insulators, special dielectrics

10. Conductors of I.and II. class, materials of conductors, contacts and resistors

11. Superconductivity and superconductors, important properties and application

12. Technical characteristics of magnetic materials, magnetic properties origin

13. Magnetic soft and hard materials, materials for information storage

14. Structural materials metallic and nonmetallic, application in electrotechnics
