The course informs students about foundations of technical acoustics and measuring of noise. Into the deep details the noise control problems are discused with the aspect to hygienic noise criteria.

Foundations of technical acoustics and measurement of sound, noise and people, sound in rooms, design targets, sound insulation, vibration isolation, ductborne noise-transmission, ductborne noise-flow generated, ductborne noise-breakout, noise from room units, noise to the exterior, construction site noise and vibration, laboratory testing, other building services plant.
