Synopsis:

The extended course of thermodynamics dealing with the problems of mathematical theory of thermodynamics, non-equilibrium thermodynamics and thermodynamics of multicomponent thermodynamic systems.

Requirements:

1.Basic concepts.

2.Postulates and basic laws of thermodynamics.

3.Ireversible processes.

4.Mayer equation, heat capacities.

5.Gibbs equations, thermodynamic potentials.

6.Carnot and Maxwell expressions.

7.The work and heat transfer by an irreversile proces.

8.Subsidiary processes. Thermodynamic and polytropic efficiency.

9.Real gass behaviour.

10.The processes with a variable mass.

11.The perfect and real mixtures.

12.Thermodynamics of chemical processes.

13.Phase changes of multicomponent systems.

14.Calculation data.
