Synopsis:

Propagation of waves over planar transmission lines and their characteristics. Principles of operation, description and parameters of planar passive reciprocal/nonreciprocal circuits. Basic components of MMICs. Materials, manufacture and measurement of hybrid and monolithic MICs.

11. Inductor, capacitor, resistor for MMICs

12. Technology of hybrid and monolithic MICs
