•Spectrum of conceptual variants of power cycles

•Practical realizations for the needs of efficient energy conversions.

•Power cycles as a basis of conversion chain from primary energy to final energy.

•Factors that limit and conceptually form power cycles.

•Working fluid and its influence on the conceptual design of the cycle.

•Power cycles specifics for the utilization of primary and secondary energy sources.

•Thermal sources.

•Combined cycles.

•Integrated cycles.

•Design and optimization of the power cycles’ parameters in relation to the application.

•Exergy analysis of power cycles.

•Expected development trends in energy plant technology.
