Methods of experimental determination of basic mechanical properties of materials and evaluation of stress states.
Measurement of torque, speed, temperatures, required sensors. Methods of operating conditions simulation, closed and open circuits, dynamometers, regenerative circuits. Measurement of mechanisms with gears, bearings, clutches and brakes. Arrangement of test stands, security against accident, control of the experiment and collection of archiving and data evaluation.
Accuracy of spindle operation during rotation, geometric accuracy of machine tool (OS), accuracy of positioning and circular interpolation, static rigidity of OS, vibration measurement (modal analysis, stability, diagnostics), measurement of acoustic quantities (pressure, power, intensity) Compensation for machine accuracy.
