3. Chemistry equilibrium. Equilibrium in homogeneous and heterogeneous systems

4. Theory of solutions of electrolytes.

5. Basic concepts of qualitative analysis. Classification of methods. Characteristics of reagents in analytical chemistry and methods of sample preparation.

6. Systematic analysis of anions, differences from cation analysis.

7.–8. Physico-chemical methods of analysis (gravimetry, electrochemical and optical non-spectral methods, etc.)

9. Basic concepts of quantitative analysis. Optical spectral methods for the analysis of compounds

10. Basic concepts of quantitative analysis. Magnetic radio spectroscopy (resonance spectroscopy)

Syllabus of seminars:

1. Concentration of solutions. Methods of calculation of concentration. Concept Sample. Methods of sample preparation

2. Methods of optical non-spectral analysis (e.g. photometry, spectrophotometry, colorimetry, etc.)

Requirements:

The subjects are concluded by an oral examination. The student must elaborate a paper on a given topic together with the exam in case of the controlled self-study.
