Synopsis:

The aim of the subject is to present the methods and concepts of creating computer 3D models using general 3D modelers. In the subject, we offer the features of the world-renowned Cinema 4D software from Maxon.

Requirements:

Entry requirements:

- No prerequisities.

- Basic knowledge of computer graphics is an advantage.

Conditions for passing the subject:

- Mandatory active participation in classes, a maximum of 3 excused absences.

Syllabus of lectures:

This course does not have lectures.

Syllabus of tutorials:

Introduction to Cinema4D GUI, model representation (analytic, polygonal), basic concepts of model creation (box modeling, mesh editing, sculpting, volume modeling), model and submodel hierarchy, deformators, instances, Boolean operations. Data exchange (unreal engine, datasmith, Lumion, *.FBX, *.SKP) Materials, textures, methods of texture mapping, BodyPaint basics. Rendering - basic methods and settings.
