Synopsis:

According to the assigned study of a simpler building (at the level of the project for the zoning decision), the design of the supporting structure of the building in details for the execution of the building. Selection by students to focus on land, traffic or water construction

Requirements:

Submission of works within the prescribed deadline and to the prescribed extent.

Compulsory attendance in classes, maximum 3 excused absences.

Continuous correction of work and control during the course.

The above requirements are necessary but not sufficient conditions for successful completion of the course.

Processing of the mentioned parts (specified by the consulting pedagogue) and recording of grades from individual parts by individual consultants. After supplementing the technology grade, the project leader will be awarded credit with the final grade (it does not have to be the average).

Focus on building structures:

1. familiarization with the projected type of building construction, water management construction and road construction (all teachers and students), distribution of students

2. sample of the construction project, assignment of individual parts

3. design variants

4. preliminary static calculation, composition design

5. drawing documentation of building structures: sections, floor plans, situations

6. sewerage, water supply, heating solution

7. compositions of all structures (floors, walls, roof, balconies, terraces)

8. foundation drawing

9. excavation drawing

10. details

11. shape drawing, technical report, construction situation

12. rough technological analysis, indicative time plan, construction situation

13. project presentation, credits

Focus on transport constructions:

1. familiarization with the projected type of building construction, water management construction and road construction (all teachers and students), distribution of students

2. example of the transport construction project - bus station, entrance documents (number of parking spaces, number of connections, parking capacity, location in the situation including demolition

3. proposals and assessment of individual compositions and structural solutions

4. demolition proposal, design concept and location of the building

5. drawing documentation of building structures: section, floor plan, situation of wider relationships

6. drawing documentation of building constructions: floor plan, situation of broader relationships

7. excavation drawing

8. sample cross-sections

9. design of drainage, utility networks

10. phasing of construction (if necessary), DIO and DIR

11. traffic signs, technological devices, furniture

12. rough technological analysis, indicative time plan, construction situation

13. project presentation, credits

Focus on water structures:

1. familiarization with the projected type of building construction, water management construction and road construction (all teachers and students), distribution of students

2. example of a weir, dam project, specification, input documents, hydrology,

3. hydraulic calculations: the consumption curve of the bed below the waterworks

4. stability of the substructure and broth

5. drawing documentation of building structures: section, floor plan, situation of wider relationships

6. excavation drawing

7. static design of the main supporting system of the barrier structure

8. documentation of the barrier structure: horizontal section, vertical section, view,

9. 3D drawings, documents for BIM

10. phasing of the construction, division of the construction into sections and shots

11. situation, technical report

12. rough technological analysis, indicative time plan, construction situation

13. project presentation, credits

Study Objective:

To teach the student to apply a comprehensive approach in the design, analysis and optimization of building structures from a structural, technological and economic point of view.
