* 2. Remote sensing - technology, description and utilization

* 3. Modern satellite, airborne and terrestrial systems, hyperspectral sensing

* 4. RPAS - remote piloted aircraft system, overview, legislation

* 5. Types, sensors, outputs

* 6. Processing of data from RPAS, IBMR software, outputs

* 7. Image correlation and triangulation, SIFT

* 8. Terrestrial and Aerial Laser Scanning (TLS and ALS)

* 9. TLS and ALS outputs

* 10. Mobile Laser Scanning

* 11. Elements of Mobile Laser Scanner System - GNSS, IMU, Odometry

* 12. Geophysical methods, magnetometer and georadar

*13. Virtual reality, technology overview, hardware and software

Syllabus of lectures:

Remote sensing, RPAS, terrestrial laser scanning, aerial laser scanning , mobile laser scanning, geophysical methods, virtual reality.

The course focuses on new modern and unconventional methods of geospatial data collection and presentation. Contains information on terrestrial, aerial and mobile laser scanning, about remote sensing and its methods, about hyperspectral imaging. Further, it focuses on the progressive method in geomathics - on RPAS. It informs about types, usage,legislation as well as about sensors and software for automatically processing for image data. Finally, geophysical methods and virtual reality technologies are presented.
