Synopsis:

The course covers basic approaches to corporate education, and deals with connection of corporate training and education of employees with other types of education and human resource functions, and with current approaches to the development of individuals, teams and enterprises.

Introduction to the course - basic concepts and relationships between them

The development of corporate education and training (CET)

integration of CET to management processes

Concept and strategy of employees training and development - CET cycle

Identification and analysis of training and development needs

Types of CET, methods and forms of CET

Implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate training

Human resource development and other concepts of development in business practice

Knowledge management

Intellectual and human capital

Development at the organizational level - learning organization

Corporate education in the system of lifelong education and learning

Future development of CET

A systematic approach to corporate education and training

Specifics of training and education in SMEs

The preparation of an educational project - specified by the required methodology (Part 1)

The preparation of an educational project - specified by the required methodology (Part 2)

Presentation of an educational project and a demonstration of techniques

Projects „fair“ and evaluation

Study Objective:

The aim of the course is to provide students with basic knowledge in the field of corporate training and education. Students will be introduced to the basic function of education in society and in industrial enterprises, will be able to analyze training needs, formulate learning goals, create training plan and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate education and training.
