Synopsis:

Labor relations - the creation, modification and termination, safety, collective bargaining.

Requirements:

The student takes an exam, which consists of a test that tests his knowledge and skills - written test is in the scope of lectures and compulsory literature. The test is performed in a contact manner, or via the relevant information system applications, if it is not possible to perform the test in attendance.

1. Subject of labour law, sources of legislation, labour relations

and labour law matters

2.Establishment and changes of employment relationship

3. Termination of the employment relationship

4.Working hours, rest periods, holidays

5.Remuneration of employees

6.Obstacles at work

7.Agreements on work performed outside the employment

relationship

8.Health and safety at work, care of employees

9.Special working conditions for certain employees, equal

treatment and non-discrimination

10. Employers' liability for harm

11. Employee's liability for harm

12. Inspection activities, illegal employment

13. Collective labour law

14. Social aspects of labour relations

Study Objective:

The course introduces the issues of labour law and labour relations. Students will learn the principles of establishment, change and termination of basic employment relationships for their future practice as employees, managers or employers (entrepreneurs).
