Nowadays, large biomedical data are collected and stored in databases. Software analysis using data mining methods are used for prediction, searching new hypothesis and correlations.

4.Predictive models using neuronal networks and other modelling tools.

- Study Objective:
The aim of the lectures is to provide introduction to methods of data-mining and knowledge extraction. Methods of data-mining will be practiced on exercises using data mining tools in open biomedical databases.
