Synopsis:

The subject is conceived as a project at which students learn to work with all means needed for precise project management - from goals determining to time schedule, sensitivity analysis, project completion check, and final project evaluation including work with supportive SW for personal computers.

Study Objective:

Project - proposal, sys. model, proc. proposal, proj. time schedule, milestones, proj. sensitivity analysis, proj. economic model. Proj. management - goals, processes, milestones, strategy, tactics, proj. management board, work groups, monitored phases, procedure evaluation. Proj. implem., sources drawing, changes management, cost flows.
