Contemporary status and future expectations in area of telecommunications networks and telecommunications services provisioning; introduction of basic managerial principles applied in provisioning of guaranteed level of telecommunications services quality, redundant telecommunications networking concept, networks and services management tools and position of financial and human resources management in telecommunications services provisioning.
Mathematics, physics, system analysis and informatics on FTS Bc. level, basics knowledge and skils in area of telecommunications and informatics systems, operational and financial management.
