Synopsis:

Fundamentals of Medical Nomenclature. General Anatomy. Overview of tissues. Skeleton. Anatomy of muscles in general. The digestive tract and its physiology. Respiratory and respiratory physiology. Urinary and genital tract and renal physiology. Heart and physiology of cardiac activity. General anatomy of vessels, main body arteries, overview of veins and blood physiology, blood clotting. An overview of nerves. CNS. Visual mechanism and physiology of the visual device. Hearing and vestibular organs and physiology of hearing and balance. Skin, glands with internal secretion.

Requirements:

Required prerequisity is 16OAF1.

Syllabus of lectures:

1. GIT II. GIT Physiology.

2. Breathing device. Respiration.

3. Uropoetic device. Spirometry.

4. Heart and physiology of cardiac activity.

5. General anatomy of vessels, main arteries of the body.

6. Overview of blood vein and physiology, blood clotting.

7. Central nervous system.

8. Nervous system, overview of peripheral, head and autonomic nerves.

9. Visual device and physiology of the visual device.

10. Hearing and vestibular organs.

11. Physiology of hearing and balance.

12. Skin, glands with internal secretion.

Syllabus of tutorials:

1. Cell construction, division.

2. Fundamentals of general genetics and human genetics.

3. Heart and physiology of cardiac activity.

4. General anatomy of vessels, main body arteries, overview of veins and blood physiology, blood clotting.

5. Overview of nerves. CNS.

6. Visual device and physiology of the visual device.

7. Hearing and vestibular organs and physiology of hearing and balance.

8. Skin, glands with internal secretion.

Study Objective:

Knowledge:

Knowledge of medical nomenclature, general anatomy and physiology.

Skills:

Orientation in general anatomy and human anatomy, ability to classify organs and their physiology for the needs of radiological physics.
