The subject will be discussed the issue of aviation legislation from the perspective of ICAO, EASA and national requirements.

Study Objective:

Introduction into the air legislation. The operancy of the Aviation Authority of the Czech Republic, ICAO, EASA and national aviation authorities. European and national norms applicable to the certification of aircraft technology.
