Synopsis:

The course provides the basic theoretical and practical background in land consolidation in the Czech Republic and includes the synthesis of sub-issues in a planning documents. The students create a simple land consolidation project within the course in the selected area including designing of new features in common measures plan.

Requirements:

The main aim of this course is to provide for students the basic theoretical and practical background in land consolidation and teach them the synthesis of sub-issues in a planning documents. Students are able to create a simple land consolidation project of selected area (the plan of common measures, the ownership rights) and visualise the proposed measures.

Syllabus of lectures:

1. Introduction, historical development of land consolidation.

2. Objectives and forms of land consolidation.

3. Land offices and the process of land consolidation.

4. The State Land Office.

5. Phases and participants of land consolidation.

6. Land consolidation perimeter.

7. Plot groups in land consolidation perimeter.

8. Surveyor's and land consolidation designer's activities.

9. Common measure plan - field road network.

10. Common measure plan - erosion analysis and control measures, water management measures.

11. Common measure plan - terrestrial system of ecological stability.

12. Common measure plan - design, implementation, financing.

13. Registration of land consolidation to Cadaster of real estates.

Syllabus of tutorials:

1. Introduction, claims for credit, basic data for land consolidation, selection of the study area for individual project.

2. Plot dividing according to area and price claims - 1.

3. Plot dividing according to area and price claims - 2.

4. List of claims for one ownership sheet - manual process.

5. Land consolidation perimeter - surveyor's activity, the first correcting coefficient.

6. List of claims for one ownership sheet - work in software Proland.

7. Ownership map and lists of claims in whole land consolidation perimeter.

8. Common measure plan, topics and features.

9. Common measures in geoportal of State Land Office and in the field.

10. Water erosion analysis - 1.

11. Water erosion analysis - 2.

12 . Design of erosion control measures.

13. Credit test.

Study Objective:
