Synopsis:

The course is focused on flight mechanics principles and design of control laws for winged aircraft and space probes. Both the classical approach based on SISO loops sequential design as well as the modern MIMO approaches, like LQ control, are covered.

10.Attitude stabilization and control for space probes

11.Aeroelsaticity issues

12.Control laws for flexible aircraft

13.Active damping systems

14.Wrap up

Syllabus of tutorials:

The labs are devoted to selected topics discussed at the lectures and to work on team semestral projects.
