The course provides an overview of theoretical concepts and practical application of organisational behavior in human resource management. The subject deals with all important topics of Organisational Behaviour, describes them in the three levels of analysis (individuals, groups and teams, and organisation with its internal and external environment) and gives an overview of basics, approaches and trends in the field.
