Conventional Imaging Procedures I - Practical Lessons

Synopsis:

The subject is presented next to the subject Conventional radiology. Theoretical knowledge based on teaching the subject will be trained in practice and supplemented by practical experience. Practical class will be conducted by an experienced registered radiological assistant.

week in the credit must submit an attendance sheet with confirmed attendance from supervisor. Credit certificate students receive the first hour. The teaching is perhaps one of absence, which must be accompanied by such certificate from a doctor. In the case of more absences is required substitute teaching in consultation with a course

Outline of imaging techniques in radiodiagnostics.

Practical demonstrations of particular imaging techniques.

Use of primary and secondary diaphragms.

Recording material.

Processing of a digitalized image.

X-ray tools.

Tools for patient shielding.

Personal protective means.

Local radiological standards.

Administration of X-ray examination.

Preparation of patients for skiagraphic examinations.

Specific nursing activities in X-ray examination.
