Interaction of hydraulic structures and the environment
- Department of Hydraulic Structures
The subject of the study is focused to the relation among hydraulic structures - weirs, dams, navigation structures and hydropower plants - and the environment. Students get further acquainted about the problems of the analysis of hydraulic structures to the environment and about possibilities to eliminate or reduce adverse impacts (with the help of practical examples).
