Synopsis:

Principles and measurement of parameters of infrared erbium and femtosecond lasers.Design of laser resonator for passively mode-locked laser.

High power pulse laser diode for pumping of neodymium lasers and principle of side-pumped Nd:YAG laser.Basic properties and differences of most frequently used visible lasers (He-Ne laser, green and red laser pointer) and laser diodes

1. Flashlamp pumped Er:YAG laser generating in 2.9 um spectral region.

2. Characterization of oscillator of femtosecond titanium sapphire laser.

3. Diode pumped Nd:YAG laser passively mode-locked with semiconductor saturable absorber.

4. Quasi-continuous 200 W laser diode and side pumped Nd:YAG laser.

5. Er:YAG laser 2.9 um radiation delivery using hollow waveguides.

6. Spectral and spatial properties of selected light sources
