Psychology and Socilogy in Management

Course consists of findings from theoretical, methodological, and practical areas of managerial psychology and sociology. Deals mostly with social-psychological consequences of management, which is understood as leadership in managerial actuation. Emphasis is given on theoretical, methodical, methodological, and on various practical questions of creation and development of systematically perceived work with people in a company.

The goal of the subject is to give the theoretical background for practical tasks solving while working with other people. This course goals is to provide knowledge of managerial psychology and sociology.
