 Study Objective:

Students have a knowledge of linear programming, simplex method, transportation and assignment problems. Students are able to use the Finite Element Method and apply it on simple models of heat transfer and elasticity. They know basic Krylov type methods and can them use for solving of large systems of linear equations.
