The doctorate subject is aimed at ability and skills of post graduate students to be more familiar with the following items:

Nature and foundation of management passing through history, management development and topics of managerial approaches.

Strategy management and global changes, changes and strategic objectives.

Organization theory, fundamentals of organizing design.

Innovation processes as a response to economic environment.

Decision process, quantitative approach to decision, management science and operation research as an important part of support of managerial decision.

Control theory and controlling, Management feed-forward, feedback and concurrent control systems. Management information system.

Leadership, communication, business culture and ethics.

Management and dissertation: using of knowledge in any parts of doctorate work.
