Synopsis:

The aim of the course is teaching practice practical training knowledge and skills acquired in secondary technical schools. Students no longer use the knowledge and skills gained from previous study of pedagogy, psychology, rhetoric, and especially the didactics of vocational subjects. In preparation for teaching practice, students are systematically trained in the work, which determines their mastery of the results, the effectiveness of educational activities.

Preparation before the student teaching experience is focused on the following topics:

A. For full-time students and those students combined study who have no teaching experience: provide students a set of core professional skills, including training in self-reflection. It means to realize these targets: to acquaint the student with an active, learn to watch educational phenomena and relations, rehearse observation techniques, learn about the work conditions of teachers rehearse basic skills in teachers to learn about the principles of teaching and designing educational programs, planning lessons, lessons take place, and analyze náslechové lessons and effectively correct their own educational activities.

The student is the start of teaching experience both theoretically and practically prepared for the educational activities primarily in subject didactics of vocational subjects, but also in other study subjects. The psychology and pedagogy courses are mainly theoretical skills and to prepare a focused, inter alia, for training in communication and creative control of the educational process. In the other study subjects, students learn about the management and operation of schools, organizations, educational process, legal and economic aspects of running schools, with current knowledge of the theory and practice of teaching, acquire knowledge, develop skills, form the basis of skills and competencies associated with the drafting and implementation of the educational process, with a view to establishing a diagnosis student teaching, the effectiveness of the educational process and its outcomes, communication techniques, creative presentation of information, the use of modern teaching resources and information technology. The subject didactics of vocational subjects, each student prepares and carries out simulated mikrovýstup, coupled with the subsequent analysis shows that the professional and educational site. This practical activity is also associated with training techniques of observation for those who follow (hospitují) mikrovýstup. In addition to this form of preparing students for pedagogical practice used video, taken in terms of secondary technical schools used for the analysis of different teaching situations, such as analysis of work činnosti teachers and pupils, teachers work parenting style, application of teaching and their effectiveness, etc.

The school provides teaching experience in the implementation of full-time study and combined study with those who have no teaching experience, student performance:

B. For the combined studies students who have teaching experience: professional improvement activities throughout the complex activities of teaching and following the reality of the school, which teaches the student a long time. This primarily means to implement these sub-goals: to deepen the teaching of thinking, to improve the preparation of lessons, with a particular focus on active teaching methods and means of instruction, pupil motivation, methods and forms of verification knowledge and objectivity, without neglecting educational site teaching process and shaping versatile student's personality.

After the conclusion of the theme followed by a combined form of targeted consultation to deepen knowledge, intellectual skills and habits in 3 times. The total number of hours of consultations with combined training in a 1:4 ratio (consultation: hour).

The school provides for the implementation of combined teaching experience in the studio for those who have teaching experience, student performance:

The scope of professional practice (in weeks): 3 weeks of continuous training of teaching practice

The teaching practice is consultation with the guarantor / subject didactics tutor subjects.

Students will learn the specifics of the type of school, the overall running and operation of schools (school management, addressing educational issues, prevention of negative social phenomena, etc.). Students will also be familiar with the textbooks and other teaching aids for various subjects (such didactic techniques, the use of educational technology, additional teaching materials, methods of ICT, the operation of special classrooms, etc.).

The teaching practice is consultation with the guarantor subject didactics of vocational subjects in the respective branch for.

Teaching experience under the conditions of the school also includes a number of practical activities in the wider sense, such as participation in the teaching council, student council, class, meeting, conference subject departments, such as the implementation of field trips, educational guidance issues and activities of the school psychologist, creation and delivery of school curriculum, teaching and extracurricular activities of teaching staff with regard to the branch, the focus of approbation, and project documentation for teaching the subject, discipline (training programs, curricula, curriculum, thematic plans, etc.), responsibilities of the teacher and related documentation (class books, class government, leadership třídnických hours, etc.).

Distance study: 3 attendances as an auditor (inspections) + 2 teaching presentations; In-class study: 6 attendances as an auditor (inspections) + 4 teaching presentations

Requirements:

Active participation in seminars and during the teaching practice in secondary vocational schools by the student branch of specialization in engineering, construction, electrical or other special direction.

Study Objective:

To deepen pedagogical thinking, to improve preparation for a class through focusing on active teaching methods and means, on formulation of questions and on objectivity of assessment; to pay enough attention to the formative side of pedagogical process and to shape versatitely pupil's/student's personality.
