Synopsis:

The subject provides basic overview of „telecommunication right“ construction, following law prescripts of the Czech Republic, and the right prescript frame of electronic communication networks, services, and associated devices of the European Union (revised regulation frame), concurrently implemented by EU member countries into their laws and orders and which has to be transported into the Czech law and order before joining EU.
