The position and function of telecommunication as an infrastructural sector in the socio-economic system of the state. Principles of state policy in the postal sector, destabilisation, liberalisation, standards setting up undertaking in the sector, draft of the postal act, postal law. Universal services obligation and reserved services. Characterisation of the postal services. The market of the postal services, market shares, dominant position of the Czech post. The organisational structure of the Czech post as a dominant operator. The costing structure, capital structure, indices of the financial analyses. Price policy of the state-price regulation, and prices materially regulated. The calculation of the postal services. Quality as a character of the services, quality monitoring.
Knowledge of the area of Comporate Economics, Marketing and Operational Economics.
