Vehicle drive systems. Combustion engine alternatives. Energetic balance of drives. WTW analysis. Electric drive construction. Energy recuperation. Hybrid technology. Aspects of electric drives regarding ecology. Alternative drive emissions.

Study Objective:

To introduce the students to construction, design and production technology of road vehicles and specialities of electrovehicles, students get overview of rules if powertrain and car body systems, present technologies of unit and body constructions for electrovehicle design.
