Synopsis:

The course is focused on the design of forming machines and on the design of the whole automated workplace. The design and design of the drives is designed with respect to a wide range of selected machine types. Depending on the product, the machine is designed first and then the entire workplace. The project has the character of a study and takes place in teams. The thesis is finally defended by all members

1. Calculate the forming force according to the specified product and select the machine type

2. Perform a search

3. Design the machine

4. Design the drives

5. Design workplaces and timing of operations

6. Perform an economic evaluation

7. Process the technical documentation according to the specifications

Students build on the knowledge of the course Production and Forming Machines and apply the knowledge on a given project
