Synopsis:

This course will familiarize students with modern measuring and metrological procedures that are often used for precise measurement and calibration. Lectures cover topics from the field of laboratory measurements, industrial measurement as well as metrology.

2.Measurements of semiconductor properties and of properties of certain components

3.Measurements and detection of ionizing and non-ionizing radiation

4.Measurements in the field of high and ultra-high vacuum

5.Measurements in plasma physics

6.Basic physical constants and their measurement

7.System diagnostics using noise signals

8.Measurements in the physics of low temperatures
