Synopsis:

Czech law system, an overview of the laws of public and private law affecting the profession with a special focus on the topic of intellectual property rights. In particular copyright, industrial property and to respect occupational (including professional relevant implementing regulations). Related Private Law Issues: Association Agreement and Types of Business Transactions; professional rules and standards for practice: contract management, professional standards of performance, professional contracts for the design and execution of work, professional standards for planning practice, especially standards of performance and processing; public procurement and artistic competitions. Additionally interpretation of public law with a focus on construction law and the related guidelines on Administrative Procedure and the public administration system, in care of monuments, care of public health, nature and landscape and some other regulations related to the care of nature and landscape of the environment (forest, water, air, ZPF).
