Synopsis:

The nutrition policy. Interaction transportation and foodstuffs. The health risks. Hygienic safeguard. The practical examples from the Czech Republic and from the world. The issues of dining cars, work trains and other railroad equipment. Legislation.

Study Objective:

The goals of the course are to familiarize student with the nutrition policy, the survey of food issues in the field of the transportation, health risks, hygienic safeguard, the legislation regarding food issues and application of the knowledge in practice in the Czech Republic and in the world.
