Synopsis:

Information about general principles of a new technical product design, stages of development of a new product, the designer fundamental assignment is to propose a rivalrous product including.

Designing of a dribling jig. A drilling jig is a device by means of which holes on many duplicate parts may be drilled exactly alike.

Requirements:

Basic rules of representation and dimensions of parts (Engineering Design I). Information about tolerancing, geometrical tolerance, surface texture (Engineering Design II).

Drawing of workpiece, freehand sketches of 3 variants (drilling jig), evaluate table, proposal drawing, working drawings, assembly drawing, part list, technical report

Study Objective:

The target of this study subject Designing 3 is to force students in advanced knowledge and skills from the field of constructional design of modular technical system. Subject is fully suported by 3D software.
