Human factors in aviation, flight safety, competence of flying personnel, problem areas for pilots, situational awareness, sensory illusions, origins of errors and their prevention, personality predispositions, risky behaviour, interpersonal communication, cooperatin & coordination, toxic substances & drugs, ergonomics, automation.

Study Objective:

Apply the basic knowledge of flight physiology and psychology in the activities of pilots under all circumstances - selection, preparation, training, airplane operating, preservation of health and professional aptibility. Explain the inherent risks resulting from the biological nature of human beings and the ways for prevention.
