Introduction, sensors, fundamentals of electronics and digital technology, D/A and A/D converters, fundamentals of data communications, RS232C, TTY, RS485, IEEE488 interfaces, software, LabView
- Requirements:

Credit is awarded based on a written credit test. The test is written in the credit week of the semester (the last lecture of the semester). To be awarded credit, it is necessary to answer at least 50% of the questions correctly.

1. Block diagram of control and measuring systems, Sensors
2. Requirements for sensors, passive and active sensors, principles
3. Interference on the measuring line. Signal conditioning circuits
4. Fundamentals of electronics. Filters, operational amplifier, integrator, differentiator, feedback
5. Fundamentals of digital technology, number systems, representation of numbers and characters
6. D/A and A/D converters, sampling theorem, aliasing
7. Fundamentals of data communications, serial and parallel transmission, security codes
8. Computer interfaces, serial, parallel, TTY, RS485, USB
9. IEEE-488 interface, SCPI standard
10. Computer software, graphical development systems, LabView
11. Practical examples of programs in the LabView system
