Synopsis:

The course provides introduction into the new experimental methods of solid state physics.

Requirements:

knowledge of structure of solid state and solid state theory (lectures SPL1, SPL2, TPL1 and TPL2 at FNSPE)

Syllabus of lectures:

1. New experimental methods in solid state physics - introduction. 2. Principles, theory, instrumental techniques. 3. Measuring accuracy, resolutin relations. 4. Scientific research of semiconductors. 5. Scientific research of metals. 6. Scientific research of ceramics. 7. Scientific research of polymers. 8. Scientific research of dielectric. 9. Investigations structural properties of solids. 10. Investigations of electric and magnetic properties of solids. 11. Investigations of optical properties of solids.12. Small angle neutron scattering in solid state physics.
