Course description: The lecture explain technology of compound semiconductors, typical parameters of structures and technology of devices. Technology of supergrid.

1. Growth techniques of compound semiconductors. ^^2. Growth techniques of SiC and diamond. ^^3. Physical properties and technology of semiconductors. ^^4. Technology of device structures. ^^5. Devices with quantum effects. ^^6. Devices on SiC and diamond substrates. ^^7. Devices with super lattice structure. ^^8. Epitax and super lattice technology.
