Synopsis:

CAD tools for microwave circuits design. Microwave transistors, bipolar, MESFET and HEMPT. Amplifier basic parameters. Narrow and wide-band amplifier design. Low noise and power design. Microwave diode and transistor oscillators. Microwave detectors. Mixers, one diode and balanced.
