Synopsis:

Realibility categories. Quantitative assesment of safety, reliability, maintenance and readiness. Reliability indicators of instruments, functional systems and aircraft, calculations of their parameters. FMEA, FMECA safety analysis, tree of failures and reliability block scheme. Flight safety systems and systems of pilot rescue. Mathematical estimates of safety. Carefully monitored categories of products. Analysis of the reliability of construction variants. Specificity of prototype operation. Monitoring and evaluation of operational reliability of aircrafts. Corrective measures, FRACAS method. Reliability growth. Start-up reliability curves. Influence of traffic intensity on the intensity of failure. Reliability tests. International reliability norms.
