Synopsis:

Static and dynamic stiffness of load-carrying systems. Theory of drives, influence of the precision of manufacturing and machine parts? wear on the vibrations and noise of drives. Theory of moveable and static connections, their application on linear guideways, spindles and their support. Energy efficiency analysis of production machines. Analysis of factors affecting the construction trends in computer numerically controlled machine tools and machine tool part

Requirements:

-Static and dynamic stiffness of load-carrying systems.

-Theory of drives, power and torque characteristics, influence of the precision of manufacturing and machine parts? wear on the vibrations and noise of drives.

-Theory of moveable and static connections, their application on linear guideways, linear motion systems, spindles and their support.

-Energy efficiency analysis of production machines. Input power efficiency, energetic efficiency.

-Analysis of the factors affecting the cutting performance and accuracy of machine tools. Static, dynamic and thermal behaviour of machine tools.

-Machine tool foundations.

-Computer numerically controlled machine tools - classification and characteristics.

-Construction trends in computer numerically controlled machine tools and machine tool parts.

-Material resources maintenance systems (tooling, raw material, chips)

-NC machine tools? accuracy.
