Properties of alloys at different temperatures and their use in forming technologies. Dynamical effect of the force. Effect of velocity and high pressure on alloys. Superplasticity. Special technologies for metal forming.

Requirements:

Finished master graduation from a Technical University.

Syllabus of lectures:

Technological factors in sheet metal forming. Options to influence them . Current materials for sheet metal forming. New forming technologies . Selection of new technologies with a view to forming of materials , precision manufacturing and its quality, quantity produced , tool life , energy , the environment and health in the mill . Projected trends of development.
